Use this page to request deletion of your customer, seller/shop, or service-adder account and associated personal data.
How To Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to our support email from your registered email address or include your registered mobile number for verification.

Information To Include
- Account type: Customer, Seller/Shop, or Service Adder.
- Registered mobile number and email address.
- Shop ID, username, or service-adder ID if applicable.
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
What Happens After Request
We verify account ownership before deleting data. After verification, we normally delete or anonymize personal account data from active systems within 30 days. We will also disable login access for the deleted account.
Data that may be retained: Some order, payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, security, legal, dispute, and backup records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to keep your account active.
